B Account Registration
Each player may hold only one registered account on the kq9 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date.
C Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kq9 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kq9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. 2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Financial transactions on the kq9 platform
kq9 processes all deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's primary mobile financial services (MFS) providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as international card networks Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. kq9 does not charge platform-side fees on local MFS transactions; however, your MFS provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of kq9.
Deposits are credited to your kq9 wallet balance in real time in most cases. Where a deposit is delayed, kq9 customer support should be contacted with proof of the transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. kq9 aims to process withdrawal requests within one business day; actual receipt of funds depends on your MFS provider's processing times.
All funds deposited on the kq9 platform must be used for genuine gaming and betting activity. kq9 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or withhold any transaction it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, to have been made in error, or to be associated with a violation of these Terms. kq9 does not accept deposits from third parties; the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
3. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. 1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual offer terms. 2 Bonus Eligibility

3 Expiry & Forfeiture

Where a player requests a withdrawal before completing applicable wagering requirements, the bonus balance and associated winnings will be voided.
4 kq9's Discretion
kq9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or extend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. kq9 also reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether any player qualifies for a particular promotion, and to decline to award a bonus where eligibility requirements are not met or where abuse is suspected.
4. Game Rules & Fair Play

- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using a payment method that does not belong to you.

- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, artificial wagering patterns, or collusion with other players.

- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or MFS provider without first contacting kq9 support to resolve the matter. Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings for any funds already withdrawn.
